Section 36
Non-payment by the fund
: Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, if the secured member institution fails to pay the protection fee and delay fee within the specified period, the fund shall not pay the claim of the deposit in such secured member institution in the event of financial liquidation, liquidation or cancellation during the same period.
